To re-enable a disabled key, click on the key again. Enabled keys are shown in blue, and disabled keys are gray. Tap your Shift key five times in a row and you’ll see the Sticky Keys prompt. When not playing a game, you can click File > Suspend Hotkeys in AutoHotkey. AutoHotkey will automatically load this script each time you launch it. AutoHotkey will grab the keyboard shortcuts and make them do nothing at all when you press them. Save the in Notepad and click File > Reload Script in AutoHotkey afterward. If there’s another key or combination of keys that bothers you, AutoHotkey can take care of it.
